We are pleased to announce a very special wine dinner Wednesday, September 21st featuring wines from our friends at Vino Vero, one of Bisto Menil’s favorite wine vendors.  Vino Vero has generously made available some very exclusive and outstanding wines from Kaesler and Yarra Yering wineries, some of the most revered traditional labels in the Barossa and Yarra Valleys of Australia.   We are very excited that the owner of the wineries, Mr. Reid Bosward will be joining us.      

For this special evening, we will begin with a beautiful sparkling wine from Burgundy, then enjoy the spectacular reds from Australia.  Two of these reds are from Yarra Yering whose winemaker Sarah Crowe received the Australian Winemaker of the year 2017 award.   We end the evening with a tasty sparkling cider from Normandy from the producer considered my many to be the “world’s greatest cider artisan”.  I certainly think you will enjoy the delicous synergy of the wine and food pairings.  Reservations available for 6 – 8 p.m. seatings, ($95 per person, plus tax and gratuity).  Make your reservations online or call 713-904-3537
