Roasted Red Pepper  and Tomato Soup with basil pesto Or Bibb Lettuce with Roasted Red Pepper and Apple Vinaigrette

Duck and Venison Sausage Risotto with poached duck egg Or Sous-Vide Chicken with pan drippings
